At some stage we all reach a crossroads... we look at our lives, and question where we are and what we're doing. This song touches on some of those feelings.

This song is on our album 'Best Friends' - you can buy the album from us at gigs and also from our jiva CD page where you can see the full track listing.

Jimmy and Val

Driving down the highway
Don't know which turn to take
Been on the road so long
I made a few mistakes
Don't want to be here, don't know what to say
I'm going home someday
Some way
Home

Queuing at the airport
To catch the red-eye plane
Sleeping on the platform
When I miss the late night train
Don't want to be here, don't know what to say
I'm going home someday
Some way
Home

It's always there in front of me
But somehow out of reach
It always seems so very far away
Home is in my memory
It's where I want to be
I'm going home someday
Some way
Home

I walked the streets at midnight
Made friends along the way
Been around most every town
Been there and back again
Don't want to be here, don't know what to say
I'm going home someday
Some way
Home

It's always there in front of me
But somehow out of reach
It always seems so very far away
Home is in my memory
It's where I want to be
I'm going home someday
Some way
Home

Now I'm standing at the crossroads
And I know which turn to take
Been on the road too long
I hope I'm not too late
Don't want to be here, don't know what to say
I'm going home today
Some way
Home

... someday
Some way
Home

... someday
Some way
Home
