We've signed up to take part in national Busking
Cancer fundraising in September to raise money for Cancer Research. This
is a national series of events allowing musicians young and old, old and
new, to contribute to a worthy cause by collecting donations for their
playing.
We'll be easy to spot... wearing the official red
Busking Cancer tops rather than the usual jiva colours.
This page will be a record of what we're up to and
how things are going.
We'll be approaching venues where we play, asking
them for permission to come along and do a few songs and also to bring
our collecting tins.
If you'd like us to play for you, your party,
your organisation, your venue... please get in touch.
It's really easy to donate - either pop it into a
collecting tin (anonymously if you wish), pledge the donation by signing
up (Cancer Research may benefit from extra tax relief if you are a UK
taxpayer), or visit our Just Giving page at
www.justgiving.com/jiva
where you can see how things are going and donate on-line.
