Tony Hamblin
First started at the Club in February 1969 and after a long break returned in Easter 2004.
Traditional Anglo American and a few modern pieces, usually in a traditional style, and sea songs and shanties.
Early influences are Carthy, Swarbrick, Nic Jones et al.
Being a banjo player gives me an interest (but not overwhelming) in Bluegrass and 20s, 30s American music. In fact Jack of all trades master of none.
