Jim Wigfield

First started at the Club in the mid 1990s.

So - define an enigma!

Influences 60s and 70s rock folk, country and pop.

As well as the above I write and sing lots of original material based on everyday situations and observations, childhood memories and political situations which I'm powerless to influence, etc.

I lead an active life in the wild and remote Northumbrian countryside which influences my work. Most original material is laced with a good dose of irony/humour emulating from the non-conformist perspective of Jim's world.
